We do not replace a customs broker and do not provide legal services where a licence is required — we are responsible for preparation, completeness and timely transfer of data.

Customs operations are performed by licensed customs representatives in the country of clearance. SilkPort Logistics is responsible for preparing a complete set, transferring the data and controlling deadlines, and supports the client if the customs authority raises queries.
Which documents are needed for a first shipment?
The basic set is the contract, invoice and packing list, plus transport documents. Additional permits depend on the goods and the destination country — we produce the exact list after the cargo is described in the request.
